Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and work with team manager to source, and assess candidates.
- Identify candidates using Linkedin recruiter account, and other job portals.
- Managing job postings content on all job portals.
- Carry out first level of recruitment and selection processes through resume screening, phone screening calls.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews appointments between candidates and clients
- Proactively develop contacts and networks to build talent pipelines, stay updated with market intelligence, industry
- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
Requirements:
- Preferably someone who holds a CEI license.
- Minimum Diploma education
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to start work within short notice
- Pleasant and courteous attitude
